A Busy Saturday for DeHaan Writing
Mike DeHaan
Or, at least, for Mike DeHaan. I was up early to cook breakfast for our church's monthly Men's Breakfast. Lucky for them, my turn to cook only comes once a year. When I got home, I shoveled the snow that had been accumulating.
Even before breakfast, I had checked my business e-mail. One new project has been confirmed, so that will keep me quite busy this afternoon. I am no lawyer, but "terms of service" for web sites is a topic with which I have some experience.
I just checked in with one social network site; another will just have to wait. Plus, I have: some bookkeeping to complete; another blog to plan; several private client projects to follow-up; articles to write with no deadline; and a routine anti-virus security sweep to watch as it tries to clear out a hopefully-innocuous problem.
UPDATED: This PC continues to run sweeps. I was annoyed that Windows Defender eventually said nothing was wrong while Bell Internet Security, supplied by my ISP, Bell Telephone, continued to complain loudly. The Bell anti-virus is still running. Luckily I could use my back-up machine to work for one client this afternoon.
So I am going to use this evening to catch up on some research, rather than squint at the other monitor. Likewise, I will omit tonight's "golden oldies" articles shout-outs.
