Saturday Feb. 19, 2011 will be Busy for Clients
DeHaan Services Business Card
I have projects for two fully-engaged clients; these warrant my full attention.
In addition, two other clients are ignoring me as their projects are nearly complete.
Finally, I have freelance articles to write, and search engine optimization to continue investigating.
I did indeed write for one client, but have had trouble getting much done.
On the other hand, I spent some time "following" a number of Suite 101 writers on Digg. It will be interesting to see whether we digg each others' Suite 101 articles in the next month or so. That expedition also led me to several resources for my other freelance work, so the time was not wasted.
Something I must learn to do, is to switch from project to project quickly.
By the way, I updated one Squidoo lens just to keep it from sinking into its own abyss through neglect. Unfortunately, this also means I need to monitor Squidoo that much longer to learn whether they de-feature a lens...or a writer...who neglects to update lenses periodically.

Joy from Environmental Graffiti
Baking Soda, an Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Product for the Home, by Thavox
Here is some joyous news!
I absolutely must brag that my latest article, Quick Guide to Best Environmentally Friendly Household Products, received 2190 page views, probably most of them in one day! It has rocketed to third place in my all-time EG list, but is still far behind the similarly-titled Chocolate Vs Carob: Making an Environmental Choice, published January 31, 2011.
It was published on Feb. 15, when I had 62 total page-views on Environmental Graffiti. That number jumped to 2,535 the next day. Unfortunately, EG only pays $1.50/1000 page views, so my earnings are quite small. Regardless, I am chuffed about the page views, which seem to come mostly from Environmental Graffiti.
I also posted the happy news on Facebook and received some kind encouragement from friends. This article already had some Facebook "likes" and re-Tweets, so some people approved even after reading it.
