The First Task is Publicity (on Jan. 24, 2011)
Having published the Fallacies Shared by Intelligent Design and "The Grand Design" article on Friday night, and noting that Google and a few readers had already found it in Suite 101 on Saturday, it is time to publicize it as best I can. I like to push the publicity on a standard work-day because I believe many people check their bookmark and social media sites during coffee breaks.
I just spent an hour posting a dozen bookmark links, despite being well-organized. I really need to investigate the auto-bookmarking tools as touted by some sites and bloggers.
After doing a quick errand, I spent the rest of the day (and most of the evening) working on one client's project. It is really good to get the broad scope up front, and useful feedback as I go.
Tonight I also found that a previous client accepted my counter-counter-bid for a project. Winning repeat business is the most reliable measurement of customer satisfaction.
Sorry, we will skip the usual feature of Suite 101 articles from the past.
